What this website collects, and what it doesn't.

CyberIntelix Private Limited ("CyberIntelix", "we", "us") operates cyberintelix.com. This notice explains what this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

The short version

This website has no forms, no accounts, and no logins. We do not collect your name, email, or phone number through this site. The only automated collection is website analytics. If you email or call us, we hold that correspondence so we can reply to you.

What we collect

• Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how people arrive. This places cookies in your browser and processes technical data including your IP address (truncated by Google before storage), approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring site. We use this in aggregate only. We do not use it to identify individuals, and we do not run advertising or remarketing on this site.
• Correspondence. Every contact option on this site is a mailto: link or a telephone number, so anything you send reaches us through your own email provider or phone network. We retain that correspondence and any details you choose to include, for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the engagement.
• Server logs. Our web server records standard request logs, including IP address, timestamp, requested URL, and user agent, for security and diagnostics.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent personal data. Ever.
• We do not run advertising trackers, remarketing pixels, or social media pixels on this site.
• We do not use this website to collect client security data. Assessment evidence and findings are handled under the separate written agreement and NDA for that engagement, never through this site.

Legal basis and your rights

Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) or the UK/EU GDPR applies to you, our basis for analytics is legitimate interest in understanding how our own site is used, and our basis for handling correspondence is taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract.

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. You can also block or delete cookies in your own browser at any time, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. To make a request, email info@cyberintelix.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Processors and transfers

Google Analytics is operated by Google LLC and may process data outside India. Our website hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not share your data with anyone else except where we are legally required to.

Retention

Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration. Correspondence is retained for the duration of any engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet contractual and statutory record-keeping obligations.
