These terms govern your use of cyberintelix.com. They do not govern any security engagement we perform for you — that is covered by a separate signed agreement, statement of work, and non-disclosure agreement, which take precedence over anything on this website.
This site describes services CyberIntelix offers. Its content is general information, not security advice, legal advice, or a compliance opinion for your specific environment. No page here creates an assessor–client relationship, and nothing here should be relied on as a determination that you do or do not meet a given framework.
We state our credentials plainly and we would rather under-claim than over-claim. Our practitioners hold individual certifications, listed on our team page and verifiable with the issuing bodies on request. Where a framework requires an accredited certification body, a licensed assessor, or an empanelled auditor, that party is engaged separately and named to you in writing before work begins. See what we are and are not.
This website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is error-free, complete, current, or uninterrupted. Frameworks, regulations, and their deadlines change; always confirm current requirements with the relevant authority.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberIntelix is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on this website's content. Liability for engagement work is governed solely by the signed agreement for that engagement.
